How can I pay for my Barista Caffe

We accept credit cards, cash and electronic payments. When you order, we will discuss how you would like to pay and advise what you need to do.

What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

We love our machine and offer you a full one year warranty on your Barista Caffe. Unless you have put gravel chips in the grinder; acid in the water container; or used it for rugby practice … we won't be seeing you anytime soon! Seriously, we will replace free of charge, any component that fails during the warranty period as a result of inherent defect. Outside your warranty period (or if you damage your machine within the warranty period), we will repair your machine at any time… for a reasonable fee… and quickly!

How long will my Barista Caffe take to arrive?

We will pack and send your new coffee machine to you as soon as your payment clears… our courier enjoys Red Bull, so you'll get it fast!

Can I buy coffee beans from you?

We are supplied by the same coffee roastery that supplies Wimpy, Steers and Mugg and Bean. In fact, one of our directors is also a director in that company and so we not only source high quality beans and get the newest thinking in blends…but we get the best prices too. Yes, we can easily supply you. Have your beans delivered to your office, home… or wherever you like!

Why is the Barista Caffe so much cheaper than other machines?

You may be worried about quality right? Have no concern…. we simply cut out the middleman costs. We import the machines and then deliver direct to you. No importers and no sales reps to pay. We also buy in bulk to get better pricing. Reduced functions? Not a chance… in fact the Barista Caffe has way more functions than it competitors! All components are fit for purpose too – German flow meter, Italian pump etc.
